Submit Accounts Via Email

If you are an established client wishing to submit new accounts, please follow our standard process listed below:

  1. Download our New Account Worksheet Excel spreadsheet.
  2. Enter the accounts and save the spreadsheet.
  3. Use a program to zip the spreadsheet using the password supplied by RRCA.
  4. Email the zipped file (not the original spreadsheet) as an attachment to info@rrcaaccounts.com.
You must follow the above process and zip the file using the password for security purposes.  We recommend that you purchase a copy of WinZip for this purpose, but other file-zipping applications may also be suitable.  If you have any questions regarding this process, or if you do not have a password or have forgotten your password, please contact Nick Hubbard at 815.626.6066 or email info@rrcaaccounts.com.
